On September 5th, 2011, 10 year old Noel Parcells and her 3 year old half sister, Mia Parcells were killed by their father. In order to help Noel’s mother (a full time student) with funeral expenses, a memorial fund has been established. To donate online to the fund, 'Friends of Noel' please visit SOUTHWEDGE.COM HERE. Donations collected go towards funeral expenses and any extra funds collected will go towards a Scholarship Fund set up in Memory of Noel to her school, Nativity Prep on Gregory Street in Rochester, NY.
